How the VIP Club works
The VIP Club runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every new account starts at Bronze automatically. From there, your tier points climb with every wager you place across slots, live tables and the rest of the lobby.

How the cashback works
Cashback is calculated on your weekly net losses, not on your turnover. Win the week, no cashback. Lose the week, the percentage that matches your tier lands in your account the next Monday as bonus credit.
The credit clears at 1x wagering. Play it once to turn it into withdrawable cash. There is no minimum loss to qualify and no cap on what you can receive.
Example: a Diamond player who nets a €1,000 loss across the week sees €200 land on Monday. Play it through once and you can cash out the result.

From Gold and above, a real VIP host is assigned to your account. Your host knows your preferences, your history and your playstyle.
