Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Monacojack account. You must also live in a country where online gambling is legal and where the Anjouan license is honored. Some countries are restricted, and the full list appears at the bottom of this page.
One account per person and per household. Duplicate accounts trigger an automatic review and may result in closure of the secondary account, along with any bonuses tied to it.
Account rules
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Do not share your account with anyone, including family members. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and recommended.
Suspicious activity, including login attempts from unusual locations, may trigger an account review. You will be asked to confirm the activity before normal access resumes.
Deposits and withdrawals
Minimum €20 to deposit, €30 to withdraw, paid back to the method you used.
The minimum deposit is €20 on every method and the minimum withdrawal is €30. Standard cashout limits, and the higher VIP ceilings, are listed on the payment page.
Withdrawals are paid back to the deposit method where possible. Identity verification must be complete before your first significant withdrawal is released.
Bonus rules
Every bonus carries 35x wagering and a €5 maximum bet while it is active.
- Slots contribute 100% toward wagering
- Table games contribute 10%
- Live casino contributes 5%
- Excluded games contribute 0%
35x wagering means you wager 35 times whatever you win from a bonus before you can withdraw it. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5 per spin or per hand, and bonus credit and bonus winnings expire after seven days. Full bonus details are on the promotions page.
Prohibited behavior
These actions void any related winnings and can close your account.
- Cheating, collusion, or using bots
- Exploiting a game bug or platform error
- Chargeback abuse on card payments
- Bonus abuse through multiple accounts
Chargeback abuse may also be reported to the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for any of the above, related bonus winnings are forfeited.
KYC and AML
Monacojack runs Know Your Customer (KYC) checks under the anti-money-laundering rules of the Anjouan license. You may be asked for a photo ID, a proof of address, and a source of funds for larger play or VIP tiers.
If the documents are not provided within the deadline, the account is suspended until the matter is resolved. Once verified, you withdraw without re-submitting paperwork each time. More on how this works is on the payment page.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, start with live chat through the support page. Most issues are resolved on the spot. If chat cannot settle it, email support@monacojack-casino1.com with the chat reference.
If a dispute is still unresolved after 30 days, you can file it with Anjouan Licensing Services, the regulator that issues the license. Contact details are available on request from the support team.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan as the licensing jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court are heard in the Anjouan courts.
Changes to these terms
Monacojack may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of your account after the effective date counts as acceptance of the updated terms. The version shown on this page is always the one that applies.
